Dear Parent / carer,

 

I apologise for writing to you in the school holidays. 

 

As I am sure some of you will be aware, over the summer, the school has been undergoing some major structural refurbishment including the replacement of the entire A block window system, the refurbishment of the A block second floor and the demolition and rebuilding of the two main toilet blocks and the associated drainage.  Sadly, this is running slightly behind schedule and due to health and safety concerns we will not be able to open for pupils as planned on Thursday the 6^th of September.

 

The school will now open on Monday 10^th September for all pupils.  Yr 7 pupils are asked to arrive for 8.40am when they will be met on the junior playground.  All other pupils are asked to arrive for 10.45am (break) to start at 11.00am (Period 3).

 

Once again I apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
