Last week nine pupils form Year 10 and 12 had the opportunity to gain insight into the Insurance and Financial Services Industry. They were invited by the Insurance Institute of Liverpool to spend the day considering the risk of insuring a theme park in Romania against a month of rain and helped Mr and Mrs Chan to invest their money wisely. The boys were rather good in giving financial advice, however judging how risky it is to ship chocolate across the world turned out to be trickier than they thought.
