Year 12 General Studies students at Mosslands

Y12 Students worked in groups with University of Liverpool undergraduates

Third year Law students from the University of Liverpool worked with Year 12 General Studies students at Mosslands, and delivered an engaging and thought provoking workshop on the United Nations Declaration of Human Rights. The presentation gave students an insight into the need for human rights. There was a overview of the articles, and what rights they provide. One particular focus was on privacy, and these led to a debate regarding privacy and social network sites.
Students also explored case studies and discussed other issues from the right to family life to enthusansia. Students were able to discuss their views on a range of issues.
