On Monday 12^th May a group of Mosslands Year 9 pupils as part of a dream, plan achieve programme visited LJMU to gain an insight into what studying at university could offer.

The aim of the programme was to give pupils the opportunity to experience first hand what life at university is like, and to help pupils make informed decisions about their futurees

During a fun and informative day pupils undertook a tour of facilities, and visited one of JMU’s Learning Resource Centres open 24/7, and also met students who run the Student Union. Pupils learnt about the range of social and support activities available including clubs, societies, and advice centre. Pupils also undertook workshops on planning for the future, and a student life activity.
