GCSE PE TRIP TO UNDERGROUND TRAINING STATION IN HOYLAKE

As part of their practical assessment in PE, several groups of students are visiting the above venue. The students were given a lecture by personal trainers about planning fitness sessions and then took part in an intense circuit session. The facility is fantastic and students relished the chance to train where famous footballers, UFC fighters and rugby teams train. They worked extremely hard and had the chance to try out some of the state of the art training equipment.
