As part of extending the P.E curriculum our year 7 students have been having street dance workshops during lesson times. For 6 weeks dance specialists from the Wirral Youth Theatre have been working with a large group of boys. They have enjoyed the experience immensely.

This will culminate in our boys representing the school in the "Summer Sizzler" dance competition at Weatherhead high school. They will be competing with other schools in the area in front of 200 people on June 27th.

It has been an excellent opportunity to practise a popular and fashionable new activity that a lot of the students have seen on TV.
