Pack Your Bags!

Staff and students packed bags for shoppers in order to raise money for the schools Afri Twin project

On Friday 21st December a group of staff & students packed bags in the food hall in Marks & Spencer’s new store in Ellesmere Port, raising nearly £340 for the Afri Twin appeal.

On Saturday 19th January the students packed bags in Morrisons in New Brighton and raised nearly £250.

We are raising money to enable students from our school to visit our partner school in South Africa and also to enable children from South Africa to visit Mosslands.

AfricaUKWe are still collecting old textiles for recycling, bags are available in school for any parents who have:

  • Good quality, dry clean clothing
  • Soft Toys
  • Pairs of shoes
  • Handbags
  • Net Curtains
  • Bed Linen
  • Small portable electrical items in good working condition (excluding all TV's)
  • Costume Jewellery
  • Bric-a-Brac

The next collection will be on February 7th. Bags are available from Mrs Lloyd in the main office.
