Sessions were very varied and interactive. For example some students attended a Brain Gym workshop which involved learning exercises to improve brain power, help concentration and memory. The practitioner delivering the workshop highlighted research and trials that have found doing Brain Gym before homework could reduce the amount of time taken by half and improve exam scores by up to 10%

There were 20 sessions on offer, from which students selected four to attend. Options included:-

  • Gap Year
  • Ur Future
  • Subject Choice at University
  • Volunteering
  • Creative Computing: Animation
  • Business
  • Drama
  • Jaguar/Landrover
  • Sport

It was a well organised day with positive feedback from the students.
