On Monday April 26th Year 10 were off timetable all day to participate in an Enterprise Day. The event was run by a company called "Business Horizons" and involved groups of students working on a range of activities guided and supported by employers from a wide range of occupational areas.

The activities included: designing and building a rollercoaster; planning a new residential area; and marketing a Merseyside derby to be played in Boston, USA! Everything was designed to help to develop the students' abilities in team working, problem solving; use of initiative and effective communication.

The response from the students was positive and a good time was had by all into the bargain!
