An open evening on 18 June was held at The Mosslands School to give students the chance to discuss the new proposed Engineering Level 3 course with teachers from the school and with engineering staff from Liverpool John Moores University who will be providing specialist facilities and equipment. 

The course is being sponsored by Unilever and students who are interested in taking it were also able to examine the racing car made by engineering students from the university.
