Our Vision and Values

The vision of Grenfell House office is to foster a supportive and inclusive environment where every student feels that they have a voice, is valued, and encouraged to meet their full potential.  The Grenfell office is grounded in honesty, respect, integrity, and community spirit.  Our office serves as a central hub for the wellbeing, pastoral care and personal development of the members of Grenfell House.  We aim to create resilient leaders with a sense of belonging that aims to ensure that each student grows into a confident, responsible young man prepared for life after school.

How We Support Students

The Grenfell pastoral staff play a vital role in supporting our students throughout their secondary school journey. We provide a safe, approachable point of contact for any personal, social, or emotional challenges students may face. By offering guidance, encouragement, and practical help, we help students navigate the ups and downs of school life, promoting positive wellbeing, good behaviour, and academic engagement. Through regular check-ins, mentoring, and close communication with families, we ensure every student feels supported, respected, and motivated to achieve their best.
