Our Vision and Values 

To provide a structured, supportive, and flexible educational setting tailored for our students who do not respond well to the expectations or culture of the mainstream school environment. 

How We Support Students 

• A small, calm, clearly defined learning environment dedicated area of the school. 

• Lower staff-student ratio (e.g. 1:4–6). 

• Consistent staff to build trust and security 

• Re-engage students with education through personalised and practical approaches. 

• Address underlying issues such as trauma, emotional dysregulation, or unmet learning needs. 

• Develop core academic skills, especially literacy, numeracy, and personal development. 

• Promote positive behaviour and self-regulation through clear boundaries and consistent support. 

• Prepare students for reintegration into the main school, further education, training, or employment. 

• Daily check-ins and emotional support plans 

• Access to counselling, ELSA, or CAMHS referrals if needed. 

• Regular parental engagement and wraparound support.
