Our Careers Education programme is designed to equip students with the knowledge, skills and confidence to make informed decisions about their future. Following the Career Development Institute (CDI) Framework and supporting the Gatsby Benchmarks, our careers curriculum provides a progressive learning journey from Key Stage 3 through to Key Stage 5. Students explore key themes including personal development, career planning, workplace opportunities, financial awareness, employability skills and the wider world of work.
