KS3 Rationale
In Physical Education, students are given an ambitious curriculum that supports the development of life long participation and performance in health, fitness, sport and well-being.
We look to prepare the students for a life beyond Mosslands by building character through core values, alongside providing technological opportunities for further qualifications, recreational involvement and employment within the industry.
A high-quality Physical Education ensures all students:
- Develop motor competence and confidence to participate in a wide variety of physical activities and sports.
- Build knowledge and understanding of proper technique, purposeful training, and health-related fitness to sustain an active lifestyle.
- Acquire social skills in communication, cooperation, empathy, and conflict resolution through inclusive activities.
